Words don’t express how fabulous Salvador is as a realtor. We searched for months for a home online as we live 5+ hours away. During this process, Sal worked hard to learn what we desired in a home and what our wishes were. He only presented homes to us that met our criteria. He went above & beyond to meet with our local family members to tour many potential homes and FaceTime with us. Once we decided on a home to purchase, Sal negotiated a fair price and worked extremely hard to make everything come together. He kept us informed every step of the way, and recommended wonderful local people to help us (lender, legal, construction folks, etc.). We totally trust Sal and appreciate all of the hoops he jumped through to get us into our new home. He checked in with us often, just to say hi and to make sure we were feeling good about this big move. It’s obvious how much he loves where he lives, cares about his community and most definitely his clients. Sal is certainly one of a kind. We can’t wait to settle in to our new home! Thank you Sal!

From the start we were very comfortable working with Sal as the selling agent on our home. He was consistently responsive to all our needs throughout the process. Because we live out of town and did not live in the home, there were logistical issues and needs with various repairs, cleaning, etc. Sal always recommended good solutions and went the extra mile to arrange for reasonably priced help with local businesses. In addition, he was a problem solver able to come up with solutions for any issue that came up and had local resources to draw on to make the needed deadlines. Before I met Sal, I did not know anything about real estate. I approached him informing him that I was interested in learning about how I could potentially purchase a property. He directed me to a lender who informed me of my purchasing power given my income to debt ratio and then the adventure for house hunting began. Sal was very patient with me throughout the process. A few months after talking to Sal and after looking at and offering on multiple houses, I was in escrow on a property that I thought was, "the one". However, events occurred that led to me not being able to purchase that property. After this, I told Sal I needed time to reevaluate my plan. Months later after looking at more properties I found a house that was perfectly suited for my needs and desires. Throughout the process of buying a home, Sal maintained great communication and he demonstrated a strong knowledge of the market. Sal made me feel safe and no question that I asked him was ever considered dumb. Anytime that I asked Sal to do something, he did it instantly. Sal made the process of buying a home super fun. I am happy to have a home, but I am also sad that the adventure of looking for a home with Sal is over. I look forward to working with him in the future.
